ck7n operates as an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related gaming services. The platform is accessible via the website at ck7n.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised URLs under the same domain.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ck7n platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and players actively placing wagers. By using any part of the ck7n platform — including browsing the website without registration — you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms and accept them as binding.

ck7n reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. ck7n reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ck7n account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• You must notify the ck7n support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• ck7n will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account, including wagers placed and deposits made, whether or not you authorised those specific actions.
• You must keep your registered contact details — particularly your email address — up to date. Important communications including withdrawal notifications, verification requests, and Terms updates are sent to your registered email.
• ck7n recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is available free of charge and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review. ck7n will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before taking any action on an inactive account.

• Confirmed use of prohibited software or multi-accounting.
• Account holder being identified as under 21 years of age.
• Request by the account holder under the self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, associated funds will be held until the investigation is resolved. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, ck7n reserves the right to retain any balance that represents funds derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate real-money balances (net of voided bonuses and prohibited winnings) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ck7n support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance net of any applicable restrictions will be returned to you.

ck7n reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in platform functionality, changes in regulatory guidance, fraud prevention improvements, or other operational requirements.

• Where a material change is made to these Terms, registered players will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
